Pickle Friends is an indoor pickleball venue inside the Lotus's Plentong hypermarket on Jalan Masai Lama, on the eastern side of Johor Bahru. It has nine air-conditioned courts.
Courts are booked through the AFA (Play Sports Together) app. Weekday midday is the cheapest time and weekends and public holidays have a single flat rate. Paddles can be rented and balls bought on site.
Air-conditioning and mall parking make it a comfortable choice for players in Plentong, Masai and Permas Jaya, including day-trippers from Singapore.
Evening and weekend courts go fast, so book ahead where you can.
