The Kitchen Zone is a four-court pickleball venue at 32 Dong Van Cong in Binh Trung Tay, in the former District 2. The courts are open-air with a movable roof, so they can be covered for rain or sun.
Courts are booked by the hour, with reference rates of about VND 160,000–260,000. It is open from 6am to 11pm, later than many venues in the area.
It is a practical option for players on the eastern side of former District 2 who want late-evening court time. Contact the venue for current rates.
